At SASSEV, we aim to provide high-quality electric bike chargers. If you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below. 10% deduct if minor wear and tear with product and packaging box.

● Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products that are working properly and have no manufacturing defects or faults. All sales are final unless the product is found to be faulty under our warranty policy.
