Common questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
You can start with just 10 units of any model. There is no large upfront commitment required to get started as a SASS dealer.
Do I get exclusive rights for my city?
Yes. We appoint one dealer per city. Once your agreement is signed, no other SASS dealer will be authorised in your city.
How do I receive payments and place orders?
Orders are placed via WhatsApp or phone. Payment via bank transfer (HBL/Meezan/JazzCash). Delivery within 1–3 business days to all major cities.
What happens if a product is defective?
SASS offers a 100-day warranty on all products. Defective units are replaced directly. You do not bear the cost of warranty claims.
What marketing support do you provide?
We provide product images, videos, social media content, and promotional material for free. We also run national ads that drive awareness to your local dealership.
Can I sell both online and in a physical shop?
Absolutely. You can sell on Daraz, OLX, WhatsApp, and your own store. Many of our dealers run a hybrid model successfully.
